Sujets d'intérêt majeur dans le domaine de la gestion de projets d'ingénierie et familiarisation avec les derniers développements technologiques dans un ou plusieurs domaines de pointe.

Objectifs du cours

 

Gouvernance et innovation en gestion de projet d'ingénierie

Synthèse

L’objectif de ce cours est d’enseigner à l'étudiant les concepts avancés et appliqués pour la compréhension d’une gestion stratégique de projets mis en œuvre par des entreprises. L’emphase sera mise sur les instancesde décision sur le portefeuille de projets, impliquant le développement d’une vision entrepreneuriale et innovatrice menant a une pensée critique sur les opportunités de projet, les méthodes de suivi et de mise en œuvre. Le cours portera également sur les prises de décision selon les axes d'analyse : rentabilité, gestion du risque, nécessité du projet, impact stratégique. L’objectif est de donner à l’étudiant(e) une base cognitive complexe et étendue sur le processus de création, de suivi opérationnel sur les projets dans un contexte d’affaires compétitif et dynamique. À son terme, l'étudiant sera en mesure d’analyser les mesures et modèles proposés sur le marché, de les utiliser en fonction de leurs forces et faiblesses et de les intégrer à l’intérieur d’un plan d’affaires adapté aux besoins de l’industrie.

Objectifs pédagogiques

  • Reconnaître la réalité entrepreneuriale dans un contexte de gestion de portefeuille de projets, les concepts d'innovation et la gestion comme champs intégrés de recherche.
  • Connaissance et critique des applications de la pensée systémique en gestion.
  • Meilleure compréhension des relations existantes entre la réalité entreprenante et la pensée gestionnaire innovatrice dans un contexte de gestion de personnes.
  • Mettre en évidence les défis et les opportunités qu’offre la pensée typologique dans un processus de transformation paradigmatique.
  • Mettre en évidence chez les étudants l'initiative, la motivation, la vision différenciée et la créativité, le changement à travers la capacité de différencier les faits importants des réalités d’affaires, basés sur la volonté d'apprendre et identifier la réalité présentée.
  • Intensifier la capacité de reconnaissance de la technologie comme outil de travail et de recherche.
  • Préparer les étudiants-es à une transformation réelle comme agent de changement dans un contexte de résultat, en réponse aux demandes du marché.



Stratégies pédagogiques

Seront réalisés des classes interactives avec l'utilisation de films, textes, articles, logiciel de simulation d’affaires et des reportages qui représentent les contenus afférents au sujet présenté dans le cours, et la réalisation de discussions, séminaires et travaux de conceptualisation dans les deux langues officielles du pays.

  1. Présentation du professeur, étudiants et du plan de cours.
  2. Épistémologie et pensée active.
  3. Gouvernance de projets d’affaires : simulation (en groupe).
  4. Présentation des SÉMINAIRES (en groupe).
  5. Intégration des concepts discutés dans le cours – débat entre les groupes.



Utilisation d’appareils électroniques

Lors de l'enseignement magistral, l'utilisation d'appareils électroniques (téléphones, ordinateurs, tablettes, etc.) devrait se limiter à ce qui est utile pour les fins du cours. Tout étudiant qui dérange le déroulement du cours pourrait être expulsé de la classe.

Innovation management and ISO 50500 Report = 30 % (20-10) (en groupe).

Bibliographie thématique et inédite au plan de cours et rapport de séminaire = 30 % (en groupe, à remettre le 15 juillet, avant 09h00 au professeur par E-Mail).

SÉMINAIRES (par groupe PM et PPM / gouvernance et innovation) = 40 % (30 % pour la présentation et 10 % pour le jury) (en groupe).

La note finale est la somme proportionnée des trois évaluations principales.




Politique de retard des travaux
Tout travail (devoir pratique, rapport de laboratoire, rapport de projet, etc.) remis en retard sans motif valable, c’est-à-dire autre que ceux mentionnés dans le Règlement des études (1er cycle, article 7.2.7 b / cycles supérieurs, article 6.5.4 b) se verra attribuer la note zéro, à moins que d’autres dispositions ne soient communiquées par écrit par l’enseignant dans les consignes de chaque travail à remettre ou dans le plan de cours pour l’ensemble des travaux.

Absence à un examen
Dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant la tenue de son examen, l’étudiant devra justifier son absence d’un examen durant le trimestre auprès de la coordonnatrice – Affaires départementales qui en référera au directeur de département. Pour un examen final, l’étudiant devra justifier son absence auprès du Bureau du registraire. Toute absence non justifiée par un motif majeur (maladie certifiée par un billet de médecin, décès d’un parent immédiat ou autre) à un examen entraînera l’attribution de la note (0).
